Friday

  • Double elimination bracket in 2 winning games
  • Players can battle it out in potentially any game that is part of the Stunfest tournament area. At every round (quarter finals, semi finals…), a game is randomly picked. Players have to fight using the chosen game for the ENTIRE SET (best of 3 games). However, each gladiator gets a special joker, USABLE ONLY ONCE FOR THE WHOLE TOURNAMENT, that allows them to randomly choose a different game excluding the one that was picked first. Joker cannot be used in grand finale.

General Ruleset :

– 2 Stocks ( lifes )
– All games are in BO3 (FT2), TOs can however update to BO5 (FT3)
–  Double elimination (Winner Bracket + Loser Bracket)
– Each battle lasts 6 minutes maximum.
– All characters allowed (included DLCs) except Miis.
– Objects : disabled
– Customer characters: disabled
– Handicap : disabled
– Ejection : x1,0

stage selection and character :

Starter : Champ de Bataille (Battlefield, BF), Destination Finale (Final Destination, DF), Ville et Centre-ville (Town and City, TC), Smash Ville (SV)

Counterpick (available after first set) : Dreamland.

  • 1st set :

– Both players pick a character. In case it is required, it is possible to call for a TO for a blindpick

– Both players have a Rock-Paper-Scissor in one set :

=> Winner bans a stage (from the initial 5 ones)
=> Loser bans 2 stages (from the 4 remaining)
=> Winner selects the stage (from the 2 remaining)

  • Next set(s) :

=> Winner of previous set bans 2 stages from the 5 initial  + le counterpick
=> Loser selects the stage from the 4 remaining

THEN

=> Winner can change character if he wants (he must make his choice first)
=> Loser may then also change character.

After-match:

-One of the players inform TO about the result.

– Participants using wireless pad have to disconnect. s fil sont priés de les déconnecter et de les désynchroniser.

Additional rules :

  • Sudden death :
  • In case of Time out (6 minutes), character having the more lifes wins.

-If both characters have same number of lifes, character with less % wins.

-In case of same percentage, a rematch is done (1 life and 3 minutes), to be repeated in case there is again a draw.

-In case of sudden death for both players, a rematch is done (1 life and 3 minutes).
