All tickets sold for the entirety of the event (weezevent for festivalgoers and smash.gg for competitors) will be refund.
Please be patient, you will get a refund as soon as possible, however the whole staff is impacted by the on-going measures.
To get a refund on your tickets, please follow the instructions.
FOR TICKETS BOUGHT VIA OUR WEBSITE:
To request a refund, please fill up the hereinafter form. You can choose to give up a part of the refund to support us.
This refund form must be filled before April 30th, 2020. The credit card used for payment will automatically be credited the spent amount under 7 to 10 days starting April 30th, 2020. Any request sent after April 30th, 2020 will not be addressed.
FOR ANY OTHER RETAILER
Online tickets: please follow the instructions on the email you will receive within the next few days to get a refund.
If you bought your ticket in a physical shop, you must, when possible, get your refund in the same shop.
FOR TICKETS BOUGHT VIA SMASH.GG
Automatic refund is not available on smash.gg. To get a refund, please fill up the hereinafter form. This refund form must be filled before April 30th, 2020. The credit card used for payment will automatically be credited the spent amount under 15 days starting April 30th, 2020.
